International Shipping:

Pom Pom at Home does not prepay duties, taxes, and any import fees for any international orders. Customers will be responsible for all import duties and taxes enforced by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. Pom Pom at Home is not responsible for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by Pom Pom at Home. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information. 

Express Shipping:

All express shipments are shipped the same day if received by 12 PM PST. If received after 12 PM, they will be shipped the following business day.
